    The Crimes Of Socialism/Communism
    Don't steal, government hates Competition
“Don’t steal, the government hates competition”
That is the truth. Every politician, every bureaucratic officer cries for the evasion of taxes, for the stealing of electricity. But they never check the theft of the government itself.
No, I am not talking of the Sukhram’s telecommunication scam or Hawala Scam or Tombs Scam; neither am I talking about the recent Blue Bus line scam or Mumbai slum land scam.

But I am talking about an example where the government, officially and legally, is stealing from the people. And in what is a real heartbreaking paradox, the victims of this theft are the same farmers whose suicides are used by numerous political parties and “thinkers” to go up against free market policies.
Some days ago, Sonia Maniac was shouting against Gujarat farmers suicide cases (I am no supporter of saffron group, yet I know Modi is much better than Arjun Singh or Sonia Gandhi) and yesterday four farmers committed suicide in Congress ruled Vidharbha Maharashtra.
From January 2006 to November 2006, 993 farmers committed suicide in India. And we Indians regularly pays taxes to provide them subsidies, still they are committing suicides. Since 1991, GDP is constantly increasing, yet the farmers are committing suicides, why?
The theft which these socialist/communist Bastardized politicians are committing, might have been impossible in a free-market regime. But in this socialist corrupt system, theifs are the rulers and theft is the basic principle of the communism.
Farmers in Vidarbha, are enforced to sell their land to the socialist regime at a value much less than its market worth. The Indian socialist/communist laws, which show negligible reverence for property rights of an Individual, authorizes the administration to appropriate and take away Individual’s owned land and property, and also allows the government itself to set the value for the land.
The sellers’ who are actually victimised can’t bargain nor can they reject to sell the land. The government will snatch it anyway it has authority to do so it is the biggest mafia and that all stealing and looting and impounding will be done Legally, that is, the victim even cannot complaint against it. In Vidarbha, the government is looting agricultural land and paying farmers only 1.2 lakh rupees an acre while the current market price is around 70 lakhs/per acre.
The very continuation of such a dictatorial law is justified by its communists/socialist supporters saying that in view of the fact that the government will use the property for public welfare (roads, etc), it should be empowered to capture land from unruly land owners. Individually I find even this excuse vague. But even if we do agree to it for the sake of the case, then also the noteworthy point is, what the Vidarbha land will be used for and to whom it will be benefited? It will be sold to private developers, corporate and companies. It is planned that buildings, industries, and an airport will come up on that land. Although, the land is of farmers, but Government will seize it, will pay the farmers too low price for the land, and then the government will sell the land to the corporate at much higher prices. Government had auctioned and sold a lot of similarly snatched land before too at over 65 times the price they pays to the farmers. While the farmers should be assisted from the financial bonus, it is happening just opposite way. The government is playing the role of a cunning greedy middleman, and pilfering the revenues of the farmers land. It is not only the story of Vidharbha. Every city of India is suffering all this since 1950’s. Housing Board and municipality and government owns the land and poors gets poorer whenever government decides they should suffer.
Now consider if Laissez-Faire system was there in India. Would there have been any place for such a land-grabbing law? Neither would there subsist laws which prevent farmers from selling their lands for industrial/non-agricultural purposes. Also, a farmer would be free to negotiate the price of his land in a free-market economy. Corporate, builders, developers and private industries would come, bargain a price, and purchase the land from the farmers. Would burglary the government is doing now, be possible even then? It may, only in the worst case circumstances, and only if intense force or coercion were used. But for that only a democratic government should be there, to protect the individuals of a free-trade zone/nation/state against any coercion and force. But in socialism/communism, the government itself is the biggest bully.
In Laissez-faire system if some mafia or anarchist gang decides to be the middlemen, and threatens the farmers to sell the land at below-market prices, and then sell it to the private developers, pilfering the income, then the police/army of the state/country will be there to stop any such ill-activities. Such activities will happen only if the police/state be incompetent of responding to the farmers’ complaints concerning the mafia/anarchist gangs. I do not think any person or farmer is dim-witted enough to sell his land at par-low prices then they actually owes in absence of any pressure of physical coercion. Every farmer however will try to bargain the maximum profit he can get if he wants to sell his land.
But in India, the situation is extreme. If some mafia or anti-law gangster loots or coerces the farmer, he can complain in police and ask government for protection. Even farmers can hire some private security agencies But to whom will the farmer of Vidharba or Haryana or Punjab or West Bengal or Gujarat or Orrisa complain when the Government is the biggest mafia and middleman looting the farmers every now and then and causing them situations to commit suicide?
On the name of socialism/communism, for the sake of development of all, they loot the poor and enriches the richest of Indians and yep the foreigner corporate too. I am not against developers and development. I support Industrial capitalism but the system must be Laissez-faire free-market. Let the farmers earn the maximum they can. The farmers cannot complain against government to police or courts. Nandigram case is biggest example of this fact.

Do not forget that it was the bloody butcher Marx who coined the term Capitalist in the fear face of the Industrial revolution and feudalistic government.

He never wanted static socialism or communalism because he considered state socialism/communism as nothing new but State Capitalism itself.

You further forgot that Leninism and Stalinism is not actually* Marxism.
While whole Russia/China/India failed in socialism, there is not a single country whole round the world which is Capitalistic. Not even USA is capitalist it follows static mixed economy. Which surely is not Laissez-Faire capitalism (The Only free-capitalistic system)

Marx wanted free market on socialistic constructs. No problem in that too it will lead to laissez-Faire by itself because of its reasonable reality. Even Static communism/socialism like India/china will ultimately have to provide economic/religious/political/sexual freedom for each and every individual of the society. It is Unstoppable, because with increase of knowledge and sense of self, a person naturally starts liberating himself from the shackles of society/sociliasm/communism/religionism/castesism/nepotism/nationalism/fascism/nazism etc etc etc.
The only problem is people’s unquestioning support to something which is basically flawed. No one thinks of some poor farmer crying of hunger when they enjoys their dinner in front of TV channels while watching news. It is true and it is natural. There is no reason to feel Guilty for it (Though communism/socialism will make you feel guilty.
The guilt is, while Farmers are working hard, and they are honest, they do not get proper price/value for their products nor for their lands if they want to sell it or use it by their own for some non-agricultural work. It is only because of that, that even banks do not provide them greater benefits and support because their land is actually not their own but of government on government rates hence they cannot even sell it without registration or take high debts on it from banks or proper time to pay it back which causes pressure tormented on farmers hence death/suicide.
Agriculture is still not considered as an INDUSTRY in India. it is shameful. to provide it Industrial status, government needs to free the agricultural market and reduce subsidies on food-products. No one will suffer that if Taxations are reduced or removed although Government may help the poor by the help of export/import duties and foreign investment profits.
But that will reduce the chances of forgery and scams. so government will always feel difficulties on doing that.

Although since 1991 taxation is being reduced, yet it is too high about 40% of the earnings. (It must be reduced) Subsidies must be reduced. and even if subsidies are not to be educed, then instead of farmers, government must pay for subsidy. They waste so much amount of money in abusing each other in parliament and in safety flocks for themselves and their useless tours. They must save that money for poor while declaring Agriculture an Industry so that Farmers may start getting the profits they deserves by virtue of there hard work and honesty.
