Glittering, made of light itself,
We are all suns in miniature.
Beacons, blazing bright with knowledge,
Each an endless font of analysis and wisdom.
Our shared light may eclipse all others.
The brilliance of our truths may,
Make us one, abolish the darkness,
And exorcise the ignorance of night.
We grow like bright new gods,
Exchanging crystalline plasmids.
Of knowledge, the radiant stuff,
From which we forge the tools,
Of the enlightenment, born anew.
All of us, caught in this beauty,
Of the construct we share.
Spinning the gossamer webs,
Of communal illumination.
Each link is hard, clear crystal,
The light of ancient stars.
Condensed in the physical,
We share the weaving of the web.
Each and every soul a craftsman,
A voice in this choir, filling the city.
The luminescent city of illusory lights,
We share this bright and brilliant prison,
Born again, of our own hands.

“We are all suns in miniature”
and
“We share the weaving of the web”
Must say it’s a lot to think upon.
“Food for thought!”

July 2nd, 2008 at 5:18 amIts great to see someone who can speak so eloquently about politics be able to write just as effectively when creative as well. People often mistakenly think you can’t be a creative person and be libertarian- thats apparently reserved for the left alone. great blog- glad to have found it!
