Well,Utopians begin with the axiom that all men are equal in skills and the difference between them is the result of oppression and exploitation. What else is the meaning of this quote by Leon Trotsky? "Man will become incomparably stronger, wiser, finer. His
body more harmonious, his movements more rhythmical,
his voice more musical. . . . The human average will rise to
the level of an Aristotle, a Goethe, a Marx. Above these
other heights new peaks will arise." Communist literature is full of such idiotic nonsense and Utopianism that even an attempt to reply to those absurdities would be giving credence to it.How would socialism abolish classes? Quite the contrary! It is Socialism which leads to political elites and social classes.Socialism is slavery. It is slavery which leads to social classes and not freedom-which means:laissez-faire Capitalism. There are no fixed classes in Capitalism. One is free to rise to any level if his ability Permits.Incompetents may find such a situation really frustrating. It,however is not the fault of Capitalism. These were Marxs words:"In communist society, where nobody has one exclusive sphere of activity but each can become accomplished in any branch he wishes, society regulates the general production
and thus makes it possible for me to do one thing today and
another tomorrow, to hunt in the morning, fish in the afternoon,
rear cattle in the evening, criticize after dinner, just
as I have a mind, without ever becoming hunter, fisherman,
shepherd, or critic." And August Babel :"At one moment a practical worker in some industry she is in the next hour educator, teacher, nurse; in the third part of the day she exercises some art or cultivates a science; and in the fourth part she fulfills some administrative function." What does this mean other than that division of labor and specialization should be abolished and egalitarianism should come into being? What else does this mean other than that every man is capable of doing all jobs and that people are of equal skills? Only a contemptible fool could utter such an absurdity!

deadmanoncampus,

I haven't yet seen a better example of a person suffering from delusional paranoia as you. Just get this quote in your study table and mug it a thousand times.

"Engels was a thousand times right when he said that the concept of equality is a most absurd and stupid prejudice if it does not imply the abolition of classes. Bourgeois professors attempted to use the concept 'equality' as grounds for accusing us of wanting all men to be alike. They themselves invented this absurdity and wanted to ascribe it to the socialists. But in their ignorance they did not know that the socialists--and precisely the founders of modern scientific socialism, Marx and Engels--had said: equality is an empty phrase if it does not imply the abolition of classes. We want to abolish classes, and in this sense we are for equality. But the claim that we want all men to be alike is just nonsense, the silly invention of an intellectual who sometimes conscientiously strikes a pose, juggles with words, but says nothing--I don't care whether he calls himself a writer, a scholar, or anything else."
