To force students to village, govt has passed a law where every nursing home having a doctor who has not gone for this rural posting will be fined a big amount of money, and the license may be revoked. License Raj lastly, the govt has proposed that every student who goes to the extremist infested areas will be given 3 bonus marks in the PG exam. Such regard for meritocracy. Add to it, many students are complaining that extremists are demanding half their wages as protection money. Lastly, the govt of assam had a bond signed by all students which enabled it to force every student to go for a five years proper service anywhere decided by the govt. But, it did not use this bond, as it meant the govt will have to pay more, and if someone finished PG while still in service, it would be paying even more. So, the govt plays the smart guy here, and wise fools are pretty pleased. And all the diseases are constantly referred to our tertiary health care center because the young man was not able master enough courage to treat. so, the tertiary center bed is wasted along with the money and the PHCs remain mainly vacant. Someday, health shall be privatized, and people will be safe. Let them die till that day, for they are easily fooled.
