Some people bash me because they are modern-liberalists. Some people bash me because they are anarchist.I am not anarchist. Neither am I modern liberalist. I support laissez-faire principle that is no role of government in economic policies. I support Individual Rights strictly based on uncompromising reasons.I prefer cognitive approach towards any issue. I cannot support whims of carnal desires and reasonless demands. I cannot stand any doctrine, which supports socialism, communism, nationalism (based on theocratic conservatives), theocracy, collectivism, fascism, Nazism and Anarchism.
Many times, I felt that libertarianism means nothing but to corrupt liberty. Civilization means a system providing every man a freedom from men, Civilization means, a process of providing a proper reasonable environment for every individual to develop and gain according to his abilities and acquired skills without being disturbed and mauled by any external force from society, government and other men.
Anarchism can be a thinking of savages only. Savages whole existence is public, ruled by the law of his tribe. I cannot think of bike-riders gang disturbing the peace of cities and ganging up against creative hard working people. Anarchism leads to unreasonable attitudes at large.
Democratic Government is sure a need of a civilization. The proper function of government must be to protect the individual rights of the citizens. Rights can be violated by physical force and assaults or by mental torture and unreasonable discriminations. The need of democratic government is to safeguard the citizen from the violent people who initiates the use of physical force, from criminals’ robbers, thief’s gangsters, and corrupt traders. Force in a free society where liberty is precious for every individual can be applied as retaliation only against those who instigates the force. A democratic impartial government, whose principle and only task must be, the protection of citizens as the police officer, can achieve this. The voluntary taxation is the proper way to achieve it rather than forcing taxes on citizens. There can be many ways to attract voluntary taxations, like providing platforms for creative activities and arts or by lottery systems etc. By voluntary taxation, I mean the self-decided contribution of the citizens for the government based on working capability of the government and need of the citizen. Citizens will willingly contribute for the services government will provide and citizens will feel they need it just like citizens feels the need to pay for the insurance. The government will be under the public by that method, will be bound to provide proper and reasonable services, and will keep counting on developing and improving the workability and, it will keep a proper check on corruption.
Army and police forces must be strictly voluntary and must not harp on any collective compulsory servitude by the men nor should they demand any compulsory taxation.
A nation has no right to force the individual to asset himself for the servitude of the nation. It must be individual’s own choice. In fact, voluntary armies are the best armies.
Nevertheless, apart from protection of citizens, government must not interfere in any other social trade be it post office or streets and roads making or schools education etc.
The governmental work must consist of only those issues that include use of force, which is police, armed services, and law courts to settle disputes amongst men. Everything else should be privately run and that will make it much better. I cannot accept a society working on unreasonable applications of mercy, forgiveness and compassion.
Although mercy and forgiveness are good qualities, yet if they be prompted by unreasoning prejudice, mercy becomes equivalent to cruelty and forgiveness becomes as bad as revenge. What we mean to say is that it is not possible to enforce the principle of not causing pain to any living creature on all occasions. Punishing the wicked is, in fact, an act of mercy. If a wicked person be exempted from punishment, thousands will suffer at his hands.
This act of (misplaced) mercy will be as much fruitful of mischief as cruelty, and this act of forgiveness will prove as bad as revenge. It is quite true that mercy consists in endeavoring to promote the happiness of all sentient beings and to wean them from sorrow.
I am completely against any initiation of force, and the work of government must be to stop the actions of physical force on any and every premises surrounding individuals.
I think compassion is right only for the innocent victims, but not for those wrong and unreasonable hence guilty. I can feel compassion for the kidnapped victim how I can feel compassion for the kidnapper torturer be whatever his needs is or situations were.
Similarly, I cannot approve homosexuality and similar practices as correct or necessarily moral/amoral, but social laws must not interfere with a relationship involving two consenting adults on an agreeable issue. Adults must be completely free. Although laws against those who try to corrupt the morals of minors must be properly, set and look after.
I support marriage system. By that, I do not mean to say that pre-marital affairs are wrong or sex and carnal pleasure is amoral in anyways. Nor I do mean to say that love is faulty. When a “full-individual” is in love, it means that the person he loves is of extreme selfish importance for him in his life. If the Individual would not be the righteous selfish person, it would mean that he desires and hence derives no personal satisfaction and happiness by being with the person he says he loves. The existence of that person for that selfless person would mean nothing and the relation will be motivated by only self-sacrificial pity for the person’s need of you. That cannot be love, though it can be some sort of debauched settlement or alteration, where the person you feel pity with sacrifices her self-worth and the individual sacrifices his selfish values-oriented pleasure. Love cannot be any kind of selfless relation; it cannot be any kind of sacrificial situation. Love is the most profound assertion of a full-individual’s own happiness, to derive which, he need the person he loves.
Sex is representation of man’s self-worth of his own values and esteem. A man cannot achieve that self-worth by his sexual relations. The number of women he has relation with does not make him valuable. Sex is for his enjoyment of his own values with the woman in whom he seeks and finds the reflection of his innermost rationale values.
The union of such two consenting adults who finds each other’s quality reflexes in each other is marriage.
I do not support nationalism too, such as I would not prefer to seal boundaries of India against the neighbor countries of India or any foreigner, who wants to settle in India for education, job or trade. Yet they must also be taken under proper citizen rights and law regulations without any favoring or partial attitude.
A nation is not an individualistic premise, and being an opponent of collectivism, I cannot demand boundary sealing against incomers, yet there must be proper checking of their motives and able attitudes.

December 25th, 2007 at 6:06 pmYour article was a good read smelling of Ayan Rand’s objectivism. However I feel there is a fatal flaw to your ideas which gives too much importance and freedom to individual. You may not agree but freedom and discipline are inversely proportional to each other. Too much of individual freedom will quickly lead to a chaotic society and will be no good than a communist framework. We may debate endlessly on the idea that freedom is more essential than order but rigid framework which direct human potential can only support civilization and society. It is unfair but this is what nature is. I may hate socialism but individual disregard to humans below ones capability and might may well be as bad.
Individualism and communism are both extreme ideas and societies world wide will continue to morph into these as long as humans last.
Cheers
