i am completely agree with you..Privatiztion of Electricity will definatly good for INDIAN user ... but for education it will do nothing

I appreciate your agreement with the essentiality of total privatization of power sector of India.
I wonder why do you think that a truth will change its nature if it applied in education sector?
Anyways, I won't argue about it here.

As a matter of fact, government dictatorship over education sector is the reason of the poor standard of Indian education, and it is the major reason for such huge mass of illiterates in India. Privatized education will certainly improve conditions/standards and reach of education in India.
More than that, we simply cannt afford Indian Government to ruin our education system although, government is ruining it since the start, and we are suffering.

I would suggest you to read this article to understand the matter a little more, Please read this one---

I think you need to very careful about your usage and make sure that you are not wasting the power. If everyone follow this principle seriously then i guess we can curb on power usage.
Apart from that other power generation sources like Solar energy and Tidal energy needs to be tapped apart from hydro-elctric power stations. Govt. can provide tax exemption to private bodies which can setup necessary infra. to generate power as this will help them to generate and supply it
at lower cost.
