There was some error in my feed reader (Google reader) and this post showed at the top some days ago and I concluded that it is a recent post without even checking the date!

Therefore only I wrote few days ago in my comment above (#20) that “Diva’s latest performance is not music to many ears here!”

Came back to put it on record that I am sometimes dimwit, tube light, late bloomer lest people took me for a stupid! :o

It had happened to me sometime ago on a popular blog Jayajha on WP; someone hit back at me over Slumdog Millionaire. Stung, I gave a 1500 word reply to that idiot! Let me revisit the comments here:

I think the commentluv plugin is not working probably (you have wondered on this in the past too)!

Another relevant plugin for you guys will be a ‘rate this’ article! You can see it in action on sebastyne.net.

Also, you could have used a theme with a broader text space (the comments haev a tiny font size). Just my two cents; don’t mind.

It is about sanctity of making a contract and accepting it, it is about the honor of the contract.

The average age of the cabin crew when she joins an airline is around 18-20 years and the rule seems redundant and not considered. At that point need of the job is critical and the person does not consider the rationality of the rule.

So lemme ask you a simple question, you are 45 years old(pretty mature for all practical purposes), and you were having anal sex with your girlfriend. Suddenly Police burst opens the door and arrests you for committing “unnatural acts of sex”. Now clearly you had no idea that having anal sex was illegal, nor that you were cheating on your wife(i.e. committing adultery) you sent her the divorce papers and she told you on the phone that she signed them, nor the fact that the girl you are having sex with was 17 years old(you picked her up in a bar, so you thought she must be 18).
You are taken to the court where you are charged with these offenses.

Committing unnatural sexual acts

Having sex with a minor, i.e. statutory rape

Committing adultery

My question is of according to you, of which of these crimes are you guilty. Answer according to the best of your knowledge, and not “I think…”. We want what you know, not what you think should be.
In the first accusation, you didn’t know that having anal sex was illegal. You truly did not know that.
In second accusation, you did know the law, and you thought you weren’t break the law, because you thought the subject was not a minor.
In the third accusation, you thought you had all the facts, you did all the procedures to follow the law, and due to a minor technical mistake you still legally were married when you thought you weren’t.

Now you may say that you are not a law student or a lawyer so you don’t know the law. In that case just write what you think will happen.

I WILL SAY YOU ARE LACKING KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THE SUBJECT.

actually the criteria is perfect and age progress has been considered in the rule.
if you read the times of india article attached with the post, you will come to know that — 
The maximum permissible weight for an 18-year-old and 152cm tall airhostess is 50 kg while someone in between 26 and 30 years of age with the same height has a limit of 56 kg.

Thus the rule/criteria is NOT redundant, and it is Considerate enough to consider the progressive age. But yes it avoids obesity. Obesity is considered a disease also in commons.
Furthermore, you will come to know that the ignorant point you are raising has been raised in High Court once, and it was lost because it is irrational.
