What you do not understand is, I havenot taken that video from ARI. I have taken it from youtube.

I am not using the material in anyway more than the youtube permits me to.

I don’t care if youtube have rights to allow me use their service. but since youtube is providing me Embedding service, I consider it that it has got rights to allow me this much service.

Now if their is any infringement of Ayn Rand’s property, than it is the youtube and the person who originally posted it on youtube for freeuse.

Because I am dealing with youtube alone and using only that much right which youtube is providing me.

There are thousands of videos on youtube which do not allow embedding.

If ARI has any problem, it can remove embedding facility/allowance.

But as a matter of fact, ARI provides not only these videos, but the recent Dr Yaron’s videos free with embedding facilithy.

And every google page shows that the picture “May be subjected to copyrigts” and if so, it will be unscaled by the owner.
That is, according to contract of google and that owner, if he finds his pictures are being misused, although he can remove the pictures from the webnet, he won’t make any further claim.

Now since google allready have made that contract and am not misusing it, there is no looting of any kind.

and about the website, the website is different property from the picture site according to google. I even didn’t followed that path.
